Terms of Use

Core Timer for iOS · Effective October 24, 2026

Core Timer is provided by Foca Studio. These terms describe use of the app and Core Pro purchases. Contact: coretimerapp@gmail.com.

Using Core

Core is an exercise interval timer. It is not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Choose training durations and intensity appropriate to your circumstances. Timer, sound, and reminder delivery can be affected by device settings, interruptions, battery state, and operating-system behavior.

Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement and App Store terms. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Core Pro plans and prices

Core Pro offers monthly and yearly subscriptions and a lifetime one-time purchase. The app and Apple’s purchase confirmation show the price and billing period in your local currency before you confirm. Available products and prices may vary by region. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for Core Pro access, not an auto-renewing subscription; it is not a promise of perpetual service or every separate future product.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Payment is charged through your Apple account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal according to the terms shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions. Deleting Core does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues through the paid period, subject to Apple’s terms and applicable law.

Restore purchases and refunds

Use Restore Purchase in the app to check eligible purchases associated with your Apple account. Restoration requires access to Apple’s purchase services and may require the same Apple account used for the original purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple, subject to applicable law; visit Apple’s Report a Problem service to request one. Restoration itself does not make a new purchase.

Your data and privacy

Workouts and history are stored locally. You are responsible for backups and for choosing where to share exported data. Review our Privacy Policy for purchase verification, feedback, permissions, and service-provider information.

Updates and support

Features and availability may change as the app and operating systems evolve. We may update these terms and publish the revised date here. Applicable law and Apple’s terms govern any required notices or consent. For support, email the address above or use Preferences → Feedback.
